TechDeploy provided a team of skilled, competent service desk agents and implemented a complete framework of a service desk to support internal employees. This includes setting up “In-house Call centre” which caters to ICT related issues. 

The team is responsible for investigating Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues and being the key problem solver for employees.
